211 Fort Washington Associates
For this project, Tech GC is assuming a traditional owner's rep role. In doing so, we're considering systems that need integration (lighting, HVAC controls). Truly, we are introducing a technology into a 60 year-old building designed by Albert Kahn. There are mulitiple clients within that builidng (US Bankruptcy Court and US Department of Justice) and we are delivering their projects onbehalf of 211.

Coda at Tech Square
A Portman Holdings Building
This building was Portman's first venture into smart building technology. Initially, Portman developed the tools and processes they felt were appropriate to deliver their technological vision. In the end, the reality fell short of their vision. Tech GC was brought in to assess the technology process for the building and make suggestions to modify and improve the technology process going forward.

Equity Schools
In this project, we're engaged with Equity Schools on their campus-wide buildout. While the master plan and vision of the project is set, we are engaged to make that plan a reality. Tech GC is primarily consulting on owner's rep work and introducing uniform technology across the buildings throughout the campus.

City Growth Partners
Detroit-based developer engaged with Tech GC on mulitiple buildings within their portfolio. Tech GC is serving as an owner's rep of City Growth Partner's portfolio (consisting of a variety of developments including single-family, multi-family and mixed-use) and delivering on their vision while leveraging technology through construction to deliver an operational tool.

IFF
IFF is a lender to the non-profit, AMP which is a digital media incubator in the non-profit space. AMP purchased a building in downtown Detroit to serve as their corporate headquarters and a multi-use facility. Tech GC is engaged to leverage technology throughout the building process to help them deliver on their greater mission.

Orchard Lake St. Mary’s
Orchard Lake St. Mary’s is constructing a new building on their campus to address their growing enrollment. Technology General Contractor is coordinating technology deployment in harmony with the new building to ensure that the finished product sets a benchmark for technology/smart building for the asset and the start of the campus.

34000 Mound
Technology General Contractor served on a consulting basis to procure assets for a growing tenant. Worked with the city, state, and local government to align tenant needs with governmental support. Helped program building to meet tenant needs while establishing a technology foundation and implementations smart systems including smart lighting, EV Charging stations, single dashboard, and other smart technology.
